Infinity App charges a flat 0.5% on each payment your foreign client sends by bank transfer, and 5% on card payments, with a USD 5 minimum.
The fee comes off in your client's currency before the rest converts to INR at the mid-market rate. There is no setup fee, monthly fee or subscription, so you pay only when a client payment arrives.
Some deductions sit outside the 0.5%, such as your client's bank fee or a cut taken by an intermediary bank on a SWIFT transfer.
These are why the INR you receive can be a little lower than the invoice, even when Infinity's own fee is exactly as stated.
Summary of Infinity App fees for bank and card payments
Here are the Infinity App charges you need to know before your next invoice:
- Bank transfer - 0.5% of each payment, converted at the mid-market rate with no markup.
- Card payment - 5% through QuickLinks, with a USD 5 minimum on smaller payments.
- Account fees - no setup fee, monthly fee or subscription, and a free FIRA with every withdrawal.
- Large payments - a custom fee agreed case by case above USD 50,000.
- Outside charges - your client's bank, intermediary banks, marketplaces and card issuers can take their own cut.
- GST - Infinity's pricing does not spell out GST treatment, so confirm it with Infinity support.
How much Infinity App costs per payment by bank or card
Infinity App fees depend on how your client pays. A bank transfer costs 0.5% of the payment amount, and Infinity advertises the 0.5% as all-inclusive.
The conversion uses the mid-market rate (the midpoint between buying and selling prices) with a 0% markup, and you see the rate and fee before the payout goes through.
A card payment through QuickLinks, the payment link your client opens, costs 5% with a USD 5 minimum.
At USD 100, the 5% fee and the minimum fee are the same, so any smaller card payment still costs you USD 5.
| Payment method | Fee | Minimum fee | Example fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | 0.5% | None | USD 5 on USD 1,000 |
| Card via QuickLinks | 5% | USD 5 | USD 50 on USD 1,000 |
| Card, small payment | 5%, or USD 5 if higher | USD 5 | USD 5 on USD 50 |
| Bank transfer above USD 50,000 | Custom fee | Agreed with Infinity | Quote on request |
On USD 1,000 you pay USD 5 by bank and USD 50 by card, so steering a regular client towards bank transfer keeps more of the payment with you.
These examples assume you bear the card fee; Infinity also lets you pass it to the payer. Card examples are published in USD only, so check the minimum before you invoice a GBP or EUR client.
Above USD 50,000, Infinity App moves to a custom fee.
Up to that line the 0.5% keeps growing with the invoice, so a USD 50,000 payment costs USD 250. If your invoices are this large, ask Infinity for the custom quote in writing before you commit a client to the account.
What you receive in INR at different invoice sizes
In these examples, the fee comes off in the invoice currency first and the rest converts to INR. The rates are illustrative mid-market rates from 23 October 2026: USD 94.90, GBP 127.10 and EUR 106.45 to the rupee.
Your rate will differ on the day.
| Invoice | Bank fee (0.5%) | INR received by bank | Card fee (5%) | INR received by card |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USD 100 | USD 0.50 | ₹9,443 | USD 5 | ₹9,016 |
| USD 1,000 | USD 5 | ₹94,426 | USD 50 | ₹90,155 |
| USD 5,000 | USD 25 | ₹4,72,128 | USD 250 | ₹4,50,775 |
| USD 50,000 | USD 250 | ₹47,21,275 | USD 2,500 | ₹45,07,750 |
| GBP 1,000 | GBP 5 | ₹1,26,465 | GBP 50 | ₹1,20,745 |
| EUR 1,000 | EUR 5 | ₹1,05,918 | EUR 50 | ₹1,01,128 |
The GBP and EUR rows assume the same 0.5% bank fee, since Infinity publishes one fee for all currencies rather than a fee for each.
The USD 50,000 row sits where custom pricing begins, so treat it as the figure before any custom fee.
These figures leave out charges taken before the money reaches Infinity, such as your client's bank fee or an intermediary bank on a SWIFT transfer.
That is why the INR you receive can be a little lower than the table, even when the 0.5% is exactly right.
To estimate your own payout before you invoice:
- Subtract the fee from the invoice: 0.5% for a bank transfer, or 5% for a card payment (USD 5 if higher).
- Multiply what is left by the rate shown in the app to get your INR before outside charges.
- To receive a set amount by bank, divide the target by 0.995, so USD 1,000 net needs a USD 1,005.03 invoice.
Account fees, maintenance fees and other hidden charges on Infinity App
Infinity App has no account or maintenance fee. You pay only when a client payment arrives, so an account you use once a quarter costs nothing while it sits idle.
| Item | What Infinity App charges |
|---|---|
| Setup fee | None |
| Monthly or maintenance fee | None |
| FX markup | 0%, at the mid-market rate |
| FIRA | Free with every withdrawal |
| GST | Treatment unclear; the fee is advertised as all-inclusive |
Each withdrawal comes with a free FIRA, short for Foreign Inward Remittance Advice, the document you keep to prove that the money is export income.
Because Infinity's pricing does not spell out GST treatment, ask Infinity support to confirm it in writing before you file your GST return.
The hidden charges come from other parties in the payment, not from Infinity, and any such deduction shows on the payment record:
| Charge | Who takes it | When it happens |
|---|---|---|
| Sender bank fee | Your client's bank | When your client sends the payment |
| Intermediary bank fee | A bank between the two ends of a SWIFT transfer | While the transfer is in transit |
| Marketplace withdrawal fee | The platform holding your earnings | When you withdraw from the marketplace |
| Card issuer fee | Your client's card provider | When your client pays by card |
A few steps help you avoid or trace these charges:
- Ask for a local transfer - where your client can pay into a local account in their own country, the middle banks usually drop out of the route.
- Check the transfer option - on a SWIFT transfer your client's bank may let them choose who bears the charges, and choosing to pay them in full protects your amount.
- Read the payment record - compare the amount your client sent with what arrived, so you can raise any shortfall with the sending bank quickly.
Who Infinity App pricing is best for, freelancers or exporters
A percentage fee suits some invoice patterns better than others:
- Freelancers with small, frequent invoices - on payments of a few hundred dollars, 0.5% keeps each charge to a few dollars, and there is no monthly fee to cover in quiet months.
- Clients who can pay by bank transfer - the 0.5% rate only holds for bank payments, so a card payment of USD 100 or more costs ten times the bank fee, and smaller ones cost more.
- Exporters with large invoices - a 0.5% fee grows with every invoice, so a USD 10,000 payment costs USD 50, and above USD 50,000 you need a custom quote.

Our verdict on Infinity App charges and where Xflow fits
Infinity App charges are simple and low for small bank-transfer invoices, and the 5% card fee is the main cost to watch.
If your invoices are larger, Xflow Export plans price differently, with a flat fee up to a set amount. The comparison below is on the fee alone, and the full plans are on the pricing page.
| Invoice | Infinity App bank fee | Xflow Starter | Xflow Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| USD 1,000 | USD 5 | USD 12 | USD 20 |
| USD 2,000 | USD 10 | USD 12 | USD 20 |
| USD 5,000 | USD 25 | USD 30 | USD 20 |
| USD 50,000 | USD 250 | USD 300 | USD 200 |
- Starter - a flat USD 12 on invoices up to USD 2,000 and 0.6% above that, so the 0.5% fee on Infinity costs less at every invoice size shown here.
- Growth - a flat USD 20 on invoices up to USD 5,000 and 0.4% above that, so it costs less than a 0.5% fee from about USD 4,000 upwards.
- Scale - custom pricing Xflow sets with you for invoices of USD 10,000 and more, so you can ask Xflow for a quote based on your usual volumes.
