Referral Program Terms and Conditions

We are excited that you will participate in the Xflow referral program (“Program”). Your participation in the Program is strictly subject to the Referral Program terms (“Program Terms”) and Xflow Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following Program Terms carefully before participating. Participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the Program Terms.

1. These Program Terms apply to all referral programs run by Xflow Payments Inc and its affiliates (“Xflow”) unless expressly specified otherwise in the Program description. 
2. Eligible users (“Referrers”) may refer new customers to Xflow and earn rewards under the Program subject to satisfying the conditions specified in the Program description. 
3. To participate in the Program, the Referrer must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts. 
4. The referral process and the details of the rewards under the Program will be set out in the Program description. 
5. Xflow reserves the right to adjust, substitute, or discontinue the rewards at its discretion.
6. Xflow reserves the right to find ineligible any participant in the Program at its sole discretion.
7. Rewards will be granted only if the Program conditions are met. This includes the following:

• The referred customer must not have used Xflow Services previously;
• The referred customer meets the eligibility conditions for use of Xflow Services and other Xflow Terms and Conditions. 

1. The Referrer shall be solely responsible for all taxes applicable in relation to rewards under the Program.
2. All referrals must comply with applicable laws. 
3. Xflow’s decision regarding all aspects of the Program including eligibility for participation and rewards shall be final and binding. 

Xflow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Referrer from participating in the Program if Xflow deems at its sole discretion that such Referrer or the referred customer has engaged in or has attempted  to engage in any of the following:

1. Fraud or misuse of the Program; 
2. Violation of the Program Terms; 
3. Any activity deemed to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

1. Xflow reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. 
2. Xflow reserves the right to amend the Program at any time without prior notice. 

These Program Terms shall be governed by Indian law and the courts of Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
