Here's a clear breakdown of what the onboarding process involves, so you can plan accordingly.
Your onboarding is shaped around your user type
Xflow works with two types of users Direct Users, and Platform Users, and the onboarding experience is tailored to each. In practice, this largely involves submitting your business documents and verifying key details, nothing you wouldn't already have readily available.
Documents you'll need
Having these ready before you begin will make the process smoother:
- Personal / Business PAN, GSTIN, or CIN or IEC
- Certificate of Incorporation and MOA (for companies)
- Director PANs — a minimum of two for companies
- Beneficial Owner ID (PAN or Passport)
- Bank account details — INR or USD EEFC
All documents are uploaded directly on the platform in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, up to 10MB per file.
After submission: what to expect
Once your documents are submitted, our team completes verification within 24 business hours — Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, excluding public holidays.
